Delivery Method and Timing:
Physical SIM Card Delivery:

For cash on delivery payment method: After your order is confirmed, the SIM card will be shipped by a courier service within 2–3 business days.
- For credit card / other prepaid methods: After payment is confirmed, the SIM card will be shipped by a courier service within 2–3 business days.
Note: We do not ship on weekends, national holidays, year-end/New Year holidays, or during our business closure days. Delivery may be delayed due to traffic conditions or the courier company’s circumstances.
eSIM Profile Delivery:
- After your order and payment are confirmed, the eSIM profile will be delivered to the TOP SIM app via push notification within approximately 10 minutes.
Note: Delivery time may vary depending on network conditions. If push notifications are turned off, you may not notice the delivery immediately.
Returns, Defective Products, and Cancellations Policy:
Returns/Cancellations Initiated by the Customer:
- We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after the product has been shipped, if initiated by the customer.
- Since eSIM profiles are digital products, cancellations or returns are not possible once the order is confirmed.
Defective Items or Incorrect Item Delivery (Seller's Responsibility):
- If the product is defective or different from what you ordered, please contact our Customer Support within 7 days after delivery.
- In cases of defects or an incorrect item is delivered, return shipping costs will be covered by the seller. Please return the item using cash-on-delivery / freight collect (prepaid by us).
- If an exchange is not possible due to stock availability, we will provide a refund.
Return Period: Within 7 days after receiving the product. This policy does not apply to eSIM purchases.
TOP SIM App – Data Deletion Instructions: The TOP SIM app does not require registration and does not collect personally identifiable information. Any technical data required for the app to function is stored only on the user’s device. When the app is uninstalled, all such data is automatically deleted.
