Refund and Exchange Policy for TOP SIM

  • No Refunds: TOP SIM purchases are non-refundable.
  • Exchanges for Defective SIMs Only: We only offer exchanges for defective SIMs. Defects must be detected and confirmed by us after the SIM is returned.
  • Return Process: To request an exchange, contact us with details of the issue. After our confirmation, return the defective SIM for inspection.
  • Initial Contract Cancellation: TOP SIM is not subject to the Initial Contract Cancellation System, which allows cancellation within 8 days without the carrier’s consent.
